Security
Filmmakers Hub uses practical security safeguards to protect personal information, uploaded files, direct messages, project data, workspace activity, and account access.
Beta status
Payments are not available during beta. When payment features launch, Filmmakers Hub plans to use Sopapay and Sopapay cybersecurity systems to help secure payment activity, fraud prevention, transaction safety, and related account protection.
Trusted infrastructure
Supabase and Vercel help us operate core app hosting, database, authentication, storage, deployment, and performance systems.
Uploaded files
Scripts, PDFs, text files, Word documents, and project materials should be uploaded only when you have rights and permission to share them.
Analytics controls
Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics help measure performance and product usage so we can improve reliability and user experience.
Account responsibility
Use strong passwords, protect your email account, and avoid sharing sensitive data in public posts, direct messages, or shared workspaces.
AI and data providers
Filmmakers Hub may use OpenAI and Anthropic to provide AI-assisted features. If you use those features, prompts, uploaded context, extracted script text, and generated responses may be processed to deliver the feature.
Do not submit confidential scripts, trade secrets, unreleased deal terms, private contracts, personal data, or content you are not allowed to share unless you understand the risk and have permission.
Security limits
Cloudflare, Sopapay cybersecurity systems, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics help us protect, operate, analyze, and improve Filmmakers Hub.
These tools are designed to help keep your personal data secure, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your account, and avoiding unnecessary sharing of sensitive information.
